Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tierwall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tierwall is a trial management platform that integrates with Stripe to help SaaS businesses manage, extend, and optimize free trials. The Service provides analytics, payment recovery, and team collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Stripe Integration

By connecting your Stripe account, you authorize Tierwall to access your subscription and customer data via Stripe Connect OAuth. You acknowledge that:

  • Tierwall accesses data in read-only mode.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Stripe dashboard.
  • Tierwall is not responsible for any changes made directly in your Stripe account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Free plan features are available at no cost with usage limits.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We may suspend accounts with overdue payments.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Tierwall. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights over your Stripe data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tierwall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
